A superb Japanese pressing of The Who – Perfect Collections, issued by Polydor as part of the British Rock Series under catalogue number MP 9447/8. This Japanese-only double album brings together 24 tracks spanning The Who's classic 1960s and early 1970s period, including I'm A Boy, Substitute, The Magic Bus, I Can See For Miles, Pinball Wizard, Behind Blue Eyes, Baba O'Riley and Won't Get Fooled Again. This is an especially attractive and complete example, retaining the striking original pink British Rock Series obi, together with the original poster insert and card, all of which are in exceptional condition.

Condition

Sleeve: EX
The distinctive textured gatefold sleeve presents extremely well, with the cream and brown artwork remaining clean and well defined. There are only light signs of age and handling consistent with the EX grade. The gatefold remains structurally excellent and presents beautifully overall.

Vinyl: EX
Both records present beautifully with an excellent overall gloss and only very light signs of previous handling and play. The original red Polydor labels are clean and well presented across both records. A superb EX/EX complete Japanese copy.

Obi: Exceptional Condition
The original pink British Rock Series obi is present and in exceptional condition, remaining bright, clean and very well preserved. The original ¥3,500 price and MP 9447/8 catalogue number remain clearly displayed.

Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition assessment.
