Shipping Policy

At Impala Records, every record is packed carefully to ensure it reaches you in the condition described.

UK Delivery

We offer Free UK tracked standard delivery on orders of £40 or more.

For orders under £40, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Vinyl records require proper protection in transit. Every order is securely packed using purpose-made record mailers and appropriate protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during delivery.

Where appropriate, records may be removed from their outer sleeves for shipping to help prevent seam splits. Sealed records will remain sealed.

Dispatch

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email along with your tracking information.

Please note that delivery times provided by postal or courier services are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Records

Where possible, multiple records purchased in the same order will be securely packaged and dispatched together.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its destination.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Delivery

International delivery options, where available, will be displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge.
