Description

A very clean German reissue of The Doors' Strange Days, issued by Elektra under catalogue number 42 016 / EKS 74 014 and manufactured in Germany by WEA Musik GmbH. The distinctive PF markings appear in the runouts on both sides, alongside the WEA 42016 matrix information. The record carries the period Elektra butterfly labels and is housed in the classic William S. Harvey-designed sleeve. Originally released in 1967, Strange Days includes some of The Doors' defining recordings, including People Are Strange, Love Me Two Times, Moonlight Drive and the eleven-minute When The Music's Over.

Condition

Sleeve: EX
The sleeve is in excellent condition, retaining strong colour, gloss and a particularly clean overall appearance. There is only light evidence of storage and handling around the edges and corners, with no significant splits, tears or heavy ring wear.

Vinyl: VG+
The vinyl is in very good-plus condition, retaining a strong glossy appearance with some light surface marks and hairlines consistent with careful use. The Elektra butterfly labels remain clean and well presented. The existing plain inner sleeve is included.

Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition assessment.
