Description

Early UK Atlantic pressing of Houses Of The Holy, with A2/B2 runouts and STERLING RL markings on both sides. Housed in the illustrated gatefold sleeve with the printed lyric inner included. Features “The Song Remains The Same”, “The Rain Song”, “Over The Hills And Far Away” and “No Quarter”.

Condition

Sleeve: VG+
The gatefold retains bright orange colour and clear front and rear artwork, with light surface rubbing, edge and corner wear, and handling creases. The printed lyric inner is included; its cream paper shows age-related discolouration and scattered spotting, while the lyrics remain clearly legible.

Vinyl: VG
The record retains some gloss but has visible surface marks and scuffs. There is a small feelable mark on the final track of side two, “The Ocean”, which produces light ticking in the quieter passages on playback. The green/orange Atlantic labels remain clear. The surface marks and audible ticking are reflected in the VG grade.
