Description

A beautiful original 1978 UK pressing of Dire Straits' self-titled debut album, issued by Vertigo under catalogue number 9102 021. This copy carries the early 1Y//4 and 2Y//5 matrices, a matrix pairing documented amongst the original UK pressing variants. The album introduced the band's distinctive sound and includes Down To The Waterline, Water Of Love, Wild West End and, of course, Sultans Of Swing.

Condition
