Description

US Columbia pressing of Billy Joe Shaver's self-titled 1982 album, catalogue FC 37959, with JL Masterfonics inscriptions on both sides. The ten-track set includes Amtrak (And It Ain't Coming Back), Ride Me Down Easy, Old Five And Dimers Like Me and I Been To Georgia On A Fast Train.

The sleeve retains its opened shrinkwrap and front hype sticker. The printed inner sleeve is included. Five photographs show the actual front and rear sleeve, inner and both sides of the record.

Condition

Sleeve: EX
The outer sleeve remains in its opened shrinkwrap, with the front hype sticker retained. The blue cover artwork and rear portrait remain well preserved, with light wear visible at the exposed opening and corners. The printed inner retains its photograph and text, but has small splits along both side seams. These inner-sleeve splits are separate from the EX grade of the outer cover.

Vinyl: VG+
Both sides retain a good gloss, with light surface marks and handling traces visible in the photographs. The red Columbia labels retain clear lettering and bright colour, with some light spindle-area wear. The playing surfaces and both labels are shown so that the condition of this copy can be inspected closely.
